Welcome to Fresh Air Vacation Rentals! We're glad you found us. We offer more than just a place to rest your head. We offer above-and-beyond amenities to make your well-deserved vacation a completely relaxing, carefree experience where you'll make lasting memories for years to come.
Our current portfolio consists of two fabulous rentals to choose from. One is direct beachfront 1/1 condo that sleeps up to 4 in a low-density resort right on Panama City Beach, FL. No wait times for elevators, and literally just steps to sand. Full beach service is included with your stay March-October, and we also include backpack beach chairs and tons of beach gear in our owner's closet for your use. Read more and book Joya del Costa!
Our second property is a 2/2 ground-level villa that sleeps up to 6 located in Panama City Beach's premier all-amenities Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort. It offers more space for larger groups and is conveniently just a 6 minute walk to Edgewater's private gated beach access to Panama City Beach's sugar white sands. The list of amenities at Edgewater is never-ending. Beyond the standard 11 pools, 4 hot tubs, fitness center, tennis, pickleball and shuffleboard courts you expect to find at a beachfront resort, Edgewater is also home to it's own par 3 Executive Golf Course (the only resort in Panama City Beach to have one); it's full-service on-site restaurant, Ocean's; a convenient on-site corner market cafe; poolside bars; an airbrush studio; it's on-site popular conference center (host to annual events and competitions like the Iron Man) and more! We hope to continue expanding our portfolio to offer even more options for your next getaway!
